Port Hills Live Web Cam

This live web camera overlooks Christchurch city. It is situated in the port hills and overlooks the entire city. There are many lookout spots in the Port hills that you can drive up and see the city lights at night. Our web camera saves you the journey and if you log in and look at our night time live web cam footage you can see the city lights of Christchurch at night. The main bright lights in the centre of the screen is Columbo st which is the main 'drag' in Christchurch and runs from the base of the port hills right through the city, through Cathedral square and out to the suburbs. The brighter lights in the very middle is the city center itself.

Christchurch is the largest city in the South Island of New Zealand, and lies on the East Coast of the Island.
